How do we book you for our session?

After you message me, we’ll chat about your vision, date, package, and location that fits your needs. Once we finalize the package, date, agreement, and retainer, your spot is secured! After that, we will plan all of the other details! Then we just count down the days till your session. Ready to take the next step? What should we wear for our session?

I’m happy to offer styling advice based on the theme of your shoot. Generally, neutral colors and coordinated outfits work well. I can also provide inspiration if you need help with ideas.

How long does it take to get our photos delivered?

I aim to deliver edited photos within 1-2 weeks for standard sessions and 4-6 weeks for larger events like weddings. I’ll keep you updated throughout the editing process!

Can we bring props or include pets in our session?

Absolutely! I encourage incorporating any elements that make the photos more personal and meaningful to you, including pets. Just let me know in advance so I can plan accordingly.

What if the weather is bad on the day of our outdoor session?

For outdoor sessions, I always monitor the weather closely. If the weather looks unfavorable, we can reschedule!

Can we order prints or albums from you?

Absolutely! I offer high-quality prints, canvases, and custom photo albums. I offer design services for photo albums. I can also help with styling your wall decor prints. I've worked at print shop for 2 years, so I know a lot about materials and file layout/design. Just message me your print ideas and size requirements!

Are travel fees included in your packages?

Travel fees are included for locations within a 15-mile radius of my location. For locations outside this area, additional fees may apply based on distance and travel time.

BOOKING POLICIES


BOOKING:

- All sessions must be booked at least 5 days in advance.

- A retainer of 20% is required to secure the session date and time.

- Final payment is due 48 hours before the scheduled session.

- Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Zelle, or cash (cash for final payment only, not the deposit).


RESCHEDULING:

- Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice.


CANCELLATIONS:

- I will reach out via email or Instagram 24 hours before our session to confirm we are still on track. If there is no response the session may be considered canceled.


INSTAGRAM AND EMAIL MESSAGING:

- To ensure that our communication is as smooth and efficient as possible, I prefer to use Instagram and email messaging. It allows me to keep all details organized and respond to your inquiries quickly, without the risk of important messages getting lost on other platforms. I require us to follow each other on Instagram because I often post updates or important information on Instagram. Plus, it’s a great way to share visual references, updates instantly, and it allows me to see you and your style. If you have any questions or need to discuss details, please reach out to me via Instagram messaging or email—I’m here to help and make the process as seamless and fun as possible!
